Dr. Stephanie Femrite earned her M.A. in Youth Development in 2011 and her Ph.D. in Agriculture Education and Leadership in 2022, both from the University of Missouri. In her role as Assistant Director of MIssouri 4-H, Dr. Femrite works with youth development professionals around the state. Her research focuses on high-quality youth development environments, thriving environments during out-of-school time, and volunteer development and management within non-profit organizations.
