HES Extension’s ParentLink and the Center for Adolescent Sexuality, Pregnancy, and Parenting, along with MU’s Dept. of Human Development of Family Studies, recently received a $2.4 million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to fund a 5-year healthy marriage and parenting program targeting young, low-income, unwed, expecting and new parents.

The program includes two-day educational experiences, monthly group sessions, a parenting and marriage education WarmLine, a professional toolkit with healthy marriage and parenting literature, and a public media campaign.
