This form is required of all master's degree students by the end of their
second semester. It lists courses students will need to take or have taken in
order to graduate. These courses must be approved by advisors.

This form is required only for students who will write a thesis. Students must
choose 3 members, one of which is from outside of HDFS.

This is an in-house form required of all Master's degree students
who will write a thesis.

This form is required of all master's degree students. The purpose of this form is to have
an official record of the final examining process, whether it be a thesis defense,
presentation of a project, or master's comprehensive examination.

This form is required of all doctoral degree students by the end of their second
semester. The purpose of this form is also to have an official record of the five
members of a student's doctoral committee.

This form is required of all doctoral degree students by the end of their second semester.
It lists courses students will need to take or have taken, at MU or at another institution, in order
to graduate. These courses must be approved by advisors and committee members.

The purpose of this form is to record the official result of the doctoral comprehensive examination.
Submit this form to the Graduate School within one month of exam completion.

The purpose of this in-house form is to have an official record that the proposal is satisfactory to at
least 4 of the 5 committee members.

The purpose of this form is to record the official results of the dissertation defense.
